Beef flank

The beef flank is a cut characterized by long, distinct fibers and a very intense flavor.
In modern gastronomy, it has achieved the status of a cult steak cut (Flank Steak). When properly marinated and quickly grilled, it becomes exceptionally tasty and juicy. Due to its structure, the flank is also an excellent raw material for producing roulades and serves as an aromatic addition to premium burger blends.
